PHILOSOPHY
In my experience, all human beings have the need for peace, healing, connection, acceptance, freedom, strength, joy, and love. My deepest desire is that we nurture these qualities together and live our lives to their fullest potential; being mindful, grateful, joyful, and loveful in each and every moment.

HISTORY
I began practicing yoga as a young adult to help with anxiety and panic attacks. I was desperate for relief and yoga was something I hoped could help. With practice, my life began anew. Among so many other things, yoga helped me quiet my mind, disrupt fear patterns, find ease in my body, and truly experience the present.

EXPERIENCE
Almost 20 years after I first started practicing yoga, I received my first 200 hours of yoga teacher training at GoYoga. I then received 300 additional hours of training at Yoga on High with Anne Weidinger as my mentor.
Since 2017, I’ve never stopped teaching or learning. I’ve accumulated over 650 hours of training and over 2,000 hours of teaching experience. I am currently E-RYT 500 and YACEP certified.
