  • POWER

    In these moderate to high intensity class, you will build physical and mental strength, flexibility, stability, and endurance through challenging poses and dynamic yoga sequences. There will be movement with breath to build heat followed by longer held poses for strength and stamina. You will be challenged to play at your own edge, try difficult poses, and sit in the fire of your own potential. Classes end with deep stretches and a brief meditation. All levels of experience are welcome.

  • FLOW

    In these moderate level classes, we will focus on the connection of breath to movement through creative sequences that become dances of exploration, liberation, awareness, and growth. As we move steadily and rhythmically through salutations, balancing poses, hip openers, and backbends, we will quiet the mind, release tension, experience joy, and calm the body. Classes end with stretches and a brief meditation. All levels of experience are welcome.

  • PRIVATES

    I’m happy to create custom classes, workshops, or yoga events to accommodate your personal needs and interests. These can be online or in person, group or one-on-one sessions, and for any level practitioner. I’ve taught at private homes, condo buildings, bookstores, schools, parks, fitness events, family gatherings, and parties. Prices depend on the nature of the sessions.
