YOGA FOR STRENGTH & MOBILITY
Yoga offers amazing benefits like increased flexibility, reduced stress, and better emotional balance. But where does strength training fit in? Is yoga enough to build strength, or do you need more? And how does this element support your spiritual growth?
Join Corrinn and explore these questions through open discussion and practice. You’ll learn why strength and mobility matter for your aging body, how to incorporate specific exercises into your routine, and how this important piece of fitness can bring more balance, stamina, and clarity to your life.
We will keep things playful and accessible, learning how to use weights, resistance bands, and props in new ways. This isn’t about making your practice harder - it’s about making it more effective, efficient, and enjoyable. You'll leave inspired and ready to embrace the next phase of your wellness journey - equipped with your own resistance band, Pilates ball and a sequence you can do at home!

PELVIC FLOOR WELLNESS
Join us for this educational and experiential exploration of your pelvic floor where we’ll use discourse, meditation, gentle yoga, and breathwork to connect with our deepest core stability muscles and learn applicable tools for pelvic floor wellness. In the United States today, one in four women struggle with a physical pelvic floor dysfunction that can cause pain, disruption, or embarrassment to their daily lives. Still more women are mentally disconnected from their pelvic region due to stigmas, conditioning, and trauma. There are many ways to help and reconnect!
In this workshop, we’ll discuss the anatomy and function of pelvic floor muscles; pelvic dysfunction conditions and various solutions for improvement; how societal constructs hinder our connection to our own bodies; the relationship of posture, glutes, core, and even the tongue to the pelvic floor; and how yoga, breath, and mindfulness can aid in pelvic floor wellness and connection.
You’ll leave this workshop with a deepened relationship to your own pelvic floor, tools for keeping your pelvic floor strong yet relaxed, and a home yoga routine for optimal pelvic floor health. You will also receive a discount for a pelvic floor evaluation and pelvic rejuvenation services.
This workshop will be offered twice this spring. At Be Sanctuary on May 4th and at GoYoga Upper Arlington on June 8th.
Private Sessions
I’m happy to create custom classes, workshops, or yoga events to accommodate your personal needs and interests. These can be online or in person, group or one-on-one sessions, and for any level practitioner. I’ve taught at private homes, condo buildings, bookstores, schools, parks, fitness events, family gatherings, and parties. Prices depend on the nature of the sessions.
